They’ve made it illegal for people to agree among each other not to do something. These things need to be put plainly.

I can imagine that the Israelis have all manner of political rhetoric to try and make this crime seem reasonable. People have a right to refuse to support an entity or group; it’s called the freedom of association, bitches.
